By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)Retirement savings planEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:Manage the Process & Tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) roadmap for operations support & completion engineering.Ensure proper execution of the Process & Tools and PLM portfolio for operations support & completion engineering.Responsible for the operations support & completion engineering Data Analytics roadmap which includes data integration, data analysis, performance dashboards & tool development.Responsible for the governance of the operations support & completion engineering Process & Tool, PLM and Data Analytics portfolio.Identify and manage risk, assessing the mitigation plan for completeness and timeliness and follow-up on risk mitigation plans.Prepare and manage engineering budgets related to Process & Tool, PLM & Data Analytics.Be responsible for the employee performance management program (PMP) completion and employee communications.Act as a facilitator and mentor in moving the work package team forward through effective project management and leadership of the day-to-day activities and coordination development tasks.How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. PMI certification is an asset.You have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a multidisciplinary team in the Aerospace industry with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.You have experience in project management as well as knowledge of the aircraft development cycle.You are an organized person with leadership skills and able to work with a minimum of supervision.You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.You are bilingual; you have strong oral and communication skills and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours.Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
