Job Description - Senior Project Manager - Marine Structures (VAN00E1): WorleyConsulting is the independent consulting business line of the Worley Group with more than 2,000 people in 19 countries. The E&S Service Line is a vibrant and growing team covering: Planning, Monitoring, & Management (including marine, atmospherics, terrestrial, and aquatic sciences); Society, Governance, & Engagement; and Regulatory Approvals, Permits & Compliance. We provide a full range of environmental services with a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and quality of work within small project consulting and strategic advisory assignments through to large project engineering and construction management delivery. Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities - Manage team(s) in the design and construction management of ports and marine structures including docks, marinas,  ports, ferry terminals, piers, steel sheet pile structures, steel and timber pile structures, floating structures and waterfront  facilities. - Developing work plans and budgets - Determination of client requirements - Manage and control project budgets / schedules - Oversight of preparation of project deliverables including drawings, specifications and reports - Oversight of field work during construction - Actively engage with internal and external clients for business development and Coordinate the work with other  disciplines. - Prepare or assist in preparing proposals, design work cost estimate, and project scheduling. - Actively encourage and support a safety-oriented culture. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering - 10 to 15 years of project management experience in ports and marine infrastructure - Registered or eligible for registration as a in Canada - Experience in mid to large scale projects - Good communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is $98824 and $162965 CAD WorleyConsulting (part of the Worley Group) offers an excellent remuneration & benefits package, a friendly, professional, dynamic and flexible work environment along with the opportunity to develop your career prospects within Canada and overseas.
