What we offer Flexible work environment Flexible hours Competitive wages Full benefits package 3 Weeks Vacation Professional Development – courses, training, and mentoring Your Duties Senior Technical Advisor to IT Department Work collaboratively with a highly technical team Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Experienced in IT Project Execution Work with our clients both remotely and on-site In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint Support Desktops and Server in a Microsoft environment Design, manage, and maintain IT networks for our clients Support Firewalls, Switches, and other network equipment Key Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong time management skills Strong IT troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently 3-5 years of IT experience working in a Microsoft environment 3-5 years Microsoft Cloud Solutions – Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure 3-5 years Infrastructure - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy 3-5 years Microsoft Virtualization – Hyper-V Understanding of TCP/IP and general networking concepts Network Security – Security Concepts, Firewalls, Access Control Education Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline an asset CCNA or equivalent an asset Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, or other Microsoft certifications an asset Network +, Security + an asset Requirements Valid Class 5 driver's license Provide your own vehicle Must live in Greater Victoria Area Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Benefits: Automobile allowance Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
