IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:Main goal is to support a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teams.Requirements gathering and Requirements documentation updates.Lead UAT phase:Writing test cases.Running the UAT sessions with IT and Operations partners.Tracking & Publishing UAT progress.Development of the detailed project plan and tracking the progress.Budget tracking.Tracking/monitoring progress of blocking conditions prior to GO Live.Lead meetings with business and IT partners to gather high-level business requirements.Prepare slides and distribute minutes for the Steering Committee and Operating Committee meetings.Coordinate the rollout into production.Minimum Required Qualifications:Knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement in the following areas:Equity Derivatives.Securities Lending.Fixed Income.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.Identify and assist in resolution of risks and issues that will adversely affect planned project milestones.Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Wiki. #J-18808-Ljbffr
