As a manager, you've often been told that you stand out for your mobilizing leadership and agility? As Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in the company's growth plan! You'll have to ensure that the company maintains its position as a leader in the design of parts and accessories for powersports vehicles. You'll have the opportunity to supervise a diverse team of some 30 motivated employees, collaborate with passionate teams and generate a variety of innovative products for the world's leading powersports vehicle manufacturers! Between a trip to one of our customers and the challenges of everyday life, one thing's for sure: you won't get bored! In a nutshell, here's what you'll be doing with your time:Support and collaborate with the department's project managers and technical experts to deliver quality products on time and on budget;Provide inspirational leadership to ensure good working relationships within the team and with other departments;Promote and continue to instill a culture of innovation within the team;Continue to improve our product development process by implementing industry best practices;Keep abreast of market trends and world-class practices; Actively participate in the development of the subsidiary's strategic plan
