Job Title: Business System Implementation Analyst Location: Toronto, ON CA (Primary) Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities (Internal Title: Business System Implementation I) Document functional and non-functional requirements, and perform data customization under the guidance and supervision of a Business System Implementation II and higher. Contribute to the implementation of new products and to the communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure product satisfaction is maintained. Carry out system administration tasks such as user onboarding and access provisioning under the supervision and guidance of a Business System Implementation II and higher. Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing weekly and monthly reports, scheduling meetings, and capturing meeting minutes. Perform quality checks to support the accuracy of program data which is incorporated into project reports. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials. Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports. Provide back-up support to team members as needed. Engage with and undergo training to develop specialized skills on select digital solutions platforms under the guidance of a Business Systems Implementation II or higher. Develop understanding and knowledge of the wider capital projects or programs delivery context. Complete any other tasks assigned by the Business System Implementation II or higher in an efficient and timely manner. Working Conditions: Hybrid Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the below: PMIS Application, Implementation and Configuration Construction Management, in a Capital Projects context Projects Management or Project Controls, in a Capital Projects context Capital Projects Consulting Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Engineering or equivalent. Licenses OR Certifications: Holding a recognized Project Management certification (CAPM) or PRINCE2 certification is considered a strong asset. Completion of a PMP preparatory course (35 contact hours) and a demonstrable intention to pursue a PMP certification is considered a strong asset. Skills and Competencies: Contract administration, cost management, estimation, or project scheduling experience is considered a strong asset. PMIS or ERP experience in a capital projects context is considered a strong asset. Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and EcoSys experience is considered a strong asset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Work, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SharePoint, Teams). Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership. Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities. Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal). Equipped to work independently and as part of a team.
