ADMIN - Admin (Clerk) Day Shift

Our client, a well-known transportation company, is currently looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative (Transportation) – DAY SHIFT for their Woodstock location. This is a great position to work with a close-knit team, and to grow from within.What We Offer:$20.00 an hour.Work week is Monday to Friday.Day Shift: 5:00 am to 1:00 pm (start time varies).Weekly pay via direct deposit What You Are Doing:Answer calls from customers, truck drivers, and documenting in Truckmate.Creating manifests, BOL’s, and POD’s.Working in a cross-dock environment so safety boots would be required.Other duties as required.Who You Are:Previous Administration and customer service experience preferably in Logistics/Transportation.Strong communication ability - both written and verbal.High attention to detail and excellent data entry/computer skills.Top notch customer service abilities.Resourceful and able to "think on your feet".Able to work under pressure and successfully multi-task.Experience with Truckmate and/or AS400 would be considered an asset.Able to provide a clear criminal check.If this sounds like the position for you, Apply!Since 1951, Drake International continues to be a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing: we help people find the right role at any stage of their career—in Canada, and around the world.
