The Cloud Architect will support delivery teams in the development of detailed solution roadmaps for a well-defined set of capabilities or logical group systems, services, or projects. The ideal candidate will be partnering with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure implementation meets design expectations and will be responsible for reaching out to cross-functional leaders in areas where your technology integrates to ensure results are being driven. Additional responsibilities: - You serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for capabilities in your portfolio and work actively within the Architecture Community of Practice - In partnership with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and other Architects, you provide leadership in defining project requirements and success criteria along with guiding the design throughout the development lifecycle - Participate and present at architecture design reviews - Proactively align with key stakeholders, seek organizational context, and apply learnings to architecture solutions; be comfortable supporting and communicating with diverse technical and business teams - Evaluate, document, and escalate alterations to future state architectures - Communicate tradeoffs in different types of engineering and architecture processes and adjust your team’s process to meet the needs of the project and others on the team - Contribute to the growth and strength of the architecture community of practice by actively attending and presenting at community events - Influence others through subject-matter expertise and well-documented researchOnsite RequirementsThis position will require the candidate to be onsite 3 days per weekPay RangeThe pay range for this position is listed at 70-80$/hr
