Who You Are The ideal candidate for this dynamic role will excel in trend analysis and research. They will drive forward-thinking projects that explore new ingredients, processing methods, and packaging solutions to create innovative products. The Food Innovation Scientist is a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with various departments and has a robust background in chocolate and confectionery. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food product development, focusing on innovation and trend analysis. Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and sensory science. Experience with market research and consumer insights. Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and trends. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable food practices and ingredient sourcing. Familiarity with digital tools for trend analysis and product innovation. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
