As the Manager, Production, you will play a pivotal role in defining and upholding the standards of excellence in the delivery of Design’s vision, exemplifying the guiding principles of accurate allocation, informed negotiation, and flawless execution. With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia — while enjoying one yourself.THE ROLEAs the Manager, Production, you will lead the team to:Establish the enduring approach for production at AritziaDevelop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practicesSecure the best possible production lead times without compromising qualitySecure the best possible production margins without compromising lead-time and qualityEnsure the high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all materials and finished goods once they are in productionTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Manager, Production has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:Production, Global Sourcing, and/or Direct to VendorProduct component costing and negotiation skillsA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 –$130,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
