Technical Program ManagerThis role is a temp to perm technical program manager role. The role will support the development and implementation of Robotics scan-less Technology, which leverages computer vision to reduce costs in the company Fulfillment Network.This role will support multiple science and software teams in:Driving a product from tech readiness to scalable and maintainable (logistics, test plans, customer interface, bug triage, process hardening) Executing scan-less technology product implementation in customer use cases (requirement writing, project planning, software team execution)Need to have:The ability to learn fast.Strong technical program management functional skills:Project planning & executionSupport for R&D planning and customer implementationCross-functional program executionCross-functional communicationFinalize the closing out of new products validated in the fieldThe ability to operate independently with defined expectations.3-5 years of professional experience in technical program management or a similar role.Nice to have:Domain experience (vision systems, machine learning, optical hardware, hardware)Product experience (understanding customer needs to translate them to engineering deliverables)Engineering or similar background
