Assistant Logistics Coordinator:
St. John's, NL
Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a highly motivated, outgoing individual to join one of our client's team as an Assistant Logistics Coordinator. Are you a Planner? Do you enjoy working with people on a daily basis? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client as it has potential for advancement.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $17.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent communications skills to customers.
• Tracking and trace shipments, book appointments.
• Data Entry of customers and vendor orders.
• Providing administrative duties (filing, answering phones, faxing, etc.).
Candidate Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 - 3 years' of relevant experience in either intermodal or trucking environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
