You will bring solid working experience and an in-depth understanding of the processes within the Banking and Financial Services industry. You are confident and have the ability to wear multiple hats while adapting to changing needs and working environments while working independently and within a team.Responsibilities:Ability to execute end-to-end solutions to meet client’s needs as specified by the project manager. This includes creating process maps, supporting metrics, progress reports, client briefings, presentations, deliverables and recommendation documentsReview and editing of requirements, specifications, business processes and/or recommendations related to proposed solutionsActively participate in change management activitiesComplete assigned work related to project deliverables on time and on budgetParticipate in project planning and administration.Participate in proposals development and other sales support activities as assignedContribute to the life and culture of the companyYou are someone who has:2-4 years relevant consulting or financial services industry experience2+ years of experience working and/or leading work streams or small teamsStrong research, analytical, and problem solving skillsSelf directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsResults-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelinesInnovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our businessStrong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and committed to developing their careerRequired Education: Related University DegreePreferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CPA, CFA or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience
