Currently, they’re looking for a Market Segment Manager to provide their salespeople with research and a map of key decision makers, influencer's and executives in the Financial Services Industry.At the micro level you know who the players are and you can create a tip sheet, identify trends and develop a story from your research to pass over to salespeople. Your key deliverable is to give the salespeople intelligent information about various financial services companies for them to use to move the conversation forward, eventually selling our client’s software and solutions.

Responsibilities:

·Provide content and knowledge transfer; including competitive intelligence, analyst validation, customer references and Win / Loss assessments.

·Responsible for designing, driving and supporting the revenue funnel and meeting revenue growth objectives for fiserv

·Identify key trends, implications, possibilities and solutions to fiserv.

·Develop entry point value statements to assist Client Development and Sales reps secure meetings with the right people in key accounts (the people who have both the authority and influence to make a decision to purchase our client’s solutions)

·Conduct detailed industry and account-level research to develop sales qualification tools, unique value propositions, messaging, map buying hierarchies in key accounts and create accurate suspect pools

·Design and manage the marketing plan and budgets for target markets

·Co-develop value-based message platforms with the Marketing and Communications team

·Co-develop an integrated communications program with the Marketing and Communications team to pre-condition target suspects for downstream demand creation activity.

·Present challenging concepts and “sell” ideas internally

·Build strong working relationships with key members of the sales and marketing organization

·Establish credibility with the sales team by clearly delivering value from activities and information

·Drive initiatives forward in a constructive, collaborative fashion to ensure buy-in from other stakeholders

·Communicate with all levels of business and IT executives with accuracy, clarity and style reflective of the audience

Qualifications:

·Experience developing and executing sales and marketing programs for Financial Services companies.

·More than 5 years in sales, business development and/or marketing preferred

·Completed university degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant discipline

·Demonstrated research capability to analyze and evaluate territory/industry dynamics to develop a comprehensive market strategy – including financial analysis

·Experience managing budgets

·Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines without compromising quality of outputs

·Excellent communication and writing skills.
