The CD role is to inform, engage and build a strong community, while acting as one of the primary advocates for player feedback within the internal teams. We are looking for a great Community developer to join our team and contribute to building and elevating our community to a global audience of players!In this role you will:Work alongside the Lead and a great team of Community Managers/Developers to develop a community-first strategy that meets the needs of our community;Collaborate on creating great content calendars that target varied player types as part of a larger content and engagement strategy;Operate the social media & community channels daily and write engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms;Build great relationships by engaging with players in the community and encourage positive and constructive engagement;Work with internal partner teams to relay player feedback gained from online conversations within the community;Collaborate on community sentiment & feedback reports;Represent the community needs to internal teams;Help plan and drive social activity around contests, challenges, fan content and more;Monitor the growth and success of the community and of social media platforms;Engage in community outreach with great player-driven communities;Attend real-world events and act as an advocate for a collaborative and player-centric culture across teams.What we’re looking for:Strong familiarity and experience with Dead by Daylight;Experience in community development in the video game industry;A strong collaborative personality and understanding of the gaming space and communities;Attention to detail, proactivity, creativity and ability to multitask;Knowledge in broader trends and communication strategies in community management;Excellent written and spoken communication skills;A love of video games, specifically horror and online multiplayer;Experience in working with digital assets is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
