Full Time Utility Meter Reader

Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle and have a clean criminal and driving record. Successful candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as a condition of employment, unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the BC Human Rights Code All of our field staff are provided with: Safety gear including company boot (allowance), vests, glasses, etc. Paid Training, and after the initial classroom training and field training employees will be transitioned to being paid on a piece work basis which allows most of our employees to earn in excess of $30+ / hour! Benefits include medical and dental insurance, vacation & holiday pay Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for reading gas meters and recording volume used by residential and commercial consumers to ensure accurate consumption and billing.
