Our open and diverse culture is what makes us uniquely Astellas. Astellas Pharma Canada (APCA) is currently searching for an Identity Management Lead. Essential Job DutiesIdentity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of user identities, including onboarding, role-based provisioning, access revocation, and de-provisioning.Access Control: Implement and maintain access control mechanisms, ensuring that users have the appropriate access permissions based on their roles and responsibilities.Identity Management Strategy: Participate in the development of an identity and access management strategy, which could include the evaluation, selection, deployment of various identity solutions (e.g., IGA,SSO, MFA, PAM). Work with stakeholders in both IT and lines of business to develop a program that fosters innovation and drives efficiencies across the organization.Security Policies and Standards: Establish and enforce security policies and standards related to identity management and access control.Identity Governance: Develop and manage identity governance processes to ensure that users' access rights align with business needs and policies.Integration: Integrate identity management solutions with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based services.PAM: Manage and expand existing PAM environment, including adding additional targets, capabilities and controls.Compliance and Auditing: Ensure that identity management practices align with compliance requirements and industry standards. Support and participate in audits related to identity and access control.Incident Response: Collaborate with incident response teams to manage access reviews and access revocation in the event of a security incident.Documentation & Metrics: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management policies, procedures, and configurations and develop metrics reporting on current state. Quantitative DimensionsGeographic scope of role is Global. Organizational Context:Reporting Line: Reports to Global Lead of Security EngineeringCollaborate closely with IT teams, application owners, and other stakeholders to lay the groundwork for secure and efficient identity management systems.
