Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager located in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Office Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including communication, administrative assistance, office equipment management, customer service, and office administration. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in providing administrative assistanceProficiency in managing office equipmentExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge in office administrationAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in the construction industry is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
