Our Calgary client is looking for an Junior Business Systems Analyst with Retail or CRM Systems experience to support change requests within the fuel and marketing industry. Calgary client located downtown. Hybrid working environment (onsite 3-4 days) Must Haves: 5+ years Business Systems Analyst experience 3+ years of experience with Retail or CRM systems (JDA, NCR Radiant, Microsoft Dynamics, Bulloch POS, PDI) SQL experience ERP experience (JDE, MS Dynamics, SAP) Nice to Have: Retail, Fuel Marketing, Convivence Store or Finance industry experience Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and create process maps to streamline operations. Assist in developing test plans, conducting system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide insights through reports and visualizations. Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and enhancements, ensuring they understand and effectively use the tools provided.
