Coordonnateur des opérations (transport)

The Operations Coordinator ensures that customer requests are met by scheduling drivers and assigning the right truck. The position is based in Contrecoeur. Schedule: 5-4-4-5 (5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 5 days off)6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Handle customer requests by phone or e-mail; Plan drivers' schedules and ensure their availability; Assign the right truck to drivers; Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction; Adapt to changes in customer requests and make last-minute updates; Follow up invoicing; Solve operational problems and manage unforeseen events; All related tasks.
