Senior Commercial Lines CSR

This salaried position is ideal for someone who excels at providing full service to clients. This individual will work within a team of professionals - each assigned a portfolio of accounts - working with our producers, our insuring partners and an assigned portfolio of clients handling renewals, endorsements, assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations for a suitable insurance program, guiding clients through claims, preparing applications and proposals.Primary responsibilities include:Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional service in the commercial processing departmentPreparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicingHandling activities and follow-ups in EPICHandling routine inquiries and processing requestsBeing a strong team player working on midsize to large commercial accountsOther projects as may be assignedQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experienceHandling mid-market to large commercial filesRIBO License requiredSkills:Proficient with Word and Excel;Must have strong EXCEL skillsMust have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance productsBe a team player with sound work ethicDetail oriented and a quick learnerExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsExperience with EPIC would be considered an asset
