HR Business Partner, Canada Market We are searching for anHR Business Partnerto help us grow and develop high performing, empowered teams! HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance review system that driveand recognize high performance Maintain payroll,compensation plan and benefits programs Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS  Proven working experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or similar role People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases – Workday, ADP Ability to architect strategy while demonstrating strong leadership skills Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of Canadian Labor Law and risk avoidance Experience with pay equity Experience with immigration processes WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN 5+ years relevant experience Strongproblem-solving skills Ability to influence through strong relationships, data, and wise, unbiased counsel Comfortable being a hands-on team player as well as a thought partner to our managers Passion for designing and delivering creative solutions to everyday problems Ability to handle change and ambiguity well?
