ASSISTANT CENTER DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER | 15-month temporary mandate

Your tasks at a glance
- You support the Center Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.
- You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
- You complete different reports and administrative tasks and help implement new work methods.
- You understand and assume different technical positions to support your team, as needed.
- You carry out any other tasks requested by the Center Director.

- You have experience in management/supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills.

- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Important: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
