IT Network Architect

Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly skilled, and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community. The RoleWe are in search of an experienced IT Network Architect. This position will report to theSenior Manager of IT Architecture and will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of network solutions that support the day-to-day operations of our organization.  Duties and Responsibilities: Work together with the architecture team to design and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and goals.Evaluate technologies and products to determine feasibility and compatibility with new and/or existing systems.Enforce infrastructure development standards, guidelines, and best practices.Identify and resolve issues and risks that may arise during the infrastructure implementation process.Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a successful outcome.Generate supporting documents and documents templates.Use enterprise architecture tools to capture, analyze, and visualize information about the organization's processes, systems, data, and technologies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development with at least 2 years in an infrastructure architect roleIn-depth knowledge of network infrastructure design methodologies and technologies such as SASE, dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and SDWAN.Experience with Cisco ISE wired and wireless Dot1X authentication.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Capable of working well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Cooke offers full-time year-round employment, competitive rates and a competitive benefits package which includes health and dental as well as a company matched pension.The OpportunityThe role description is just one part of the story.
