Job Requirements / Description

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a small team of material handlers and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shipments. In charge of managing the inventory and ensuring 100% accuracy in the system.

Reports To: Operations Director of Rapid Aid

Reporting Departments: Operations

Direct Report: N/A

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage and complete regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and ensure inbound receiving is accurate and reflective in the system.
-Conducting regular DART audits communicating issues and findings in a timely manner.
-Inspecting shipping and receiving documents, confirming accuracy and system is updated.
-Managing RM’s into and out of Production, keeping Production up to date and accurate.
-Requesting timely adjustments on inventory if discrepancies are found. Investigating and finding root cause of inventory discrepancies.
-Entering data into the computer system and generating reports.
-Assisting team members from time to time with counting and reconciliation.

Skills and Qualifications:
-3-5 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory control.
-Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience is required

-Permanent

Schedule: 
-8 hours
-Day/Afternoon Shift
-Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
-Possible Overtime
