UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for various digital products. The focus will be on creating seamless and engaging user experiences while being cost-effective. We are looking for a 3 month contract to start.Responsibilities:- Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for diverse digital products.- Optimize PowerPoint presentations to enhance clarity and visual impact, improving layout, flow, and design consistency.- Design and develop engaging newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, ensuring clear messaging and optimal user engagement across devices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback.- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the team’s brand.- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.- Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.- Work closely with developers to implement and refine interactive components.- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.- Iterate designs based on usability test results and user feedback.- Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.- How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.
