Group Account Director

Job purpose:This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within our organization. They will bring to the role a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the business, having been responsible for clients of all sizes and scope – from above-the-line to digital – managing a team of people.This position reports to the VP of Client Service.Duties and Responsibilities:Initiate and guide the strategic directions for their respective clientsIdentify new sources of revenue for their clients, and map out plans to meet those objectivesBuild strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and co-workers alikeDeliver client satisfaction at all levels;Establish revenue projections for each client and monitoring during the year;Ensure the profitability of clients assigned;Participate in business development efforts and / or identifying resources team toparticipate;Assess team and make adjustments accordingly if necessary;Make annual evaluations of team members and make followed accordingly;Stimulate the team and establish development plans of theseQualifications: Bachelor degree preferably in marketing or advertisingExperience managing a team in an agency environmentVery high capabilities in customer relationship management and interpersonal skills majorA great sense of organizationRetail Agency experience preferred but not essentialMinimum of 10 years of agency experienceVery high leadership capacity and ability to stimulate teamAutonomous and responsibleGreat listening skillsSensitivity to the important concept of Business DevelopmentStrong communication skills and presentation skills, both oral and writtenKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)The Company welcomes and encourages applications from people with visible and non-visible disabilities.
