Director, Fleet Operations

Job Summary The Director, Fleet Operations is responsible to manage the fleet operational activities, supporting the various sectors within the Ocean Capital group of companies. The position provides overall leadership and direction for Ocean Capital’s fleet, including equipment specification, relationship management for equipment manufacturers, managing equipment lifecycle with attention to the Total Cost of Ownership. The Director of Fleet Operations is focused on balancing the need of the internal customer for high availability of our equipment versus the cost of maintaining the assets.
