Salary : Activity area : Pharmaceutical and medical Our client, an international company well known for offering a wide range of natural health products, is aiming to support major growth and is currently looking for a Marketing Director. Headquarters based in the Montreal area, products are available in all health food stores, select large grocery stores and pharmacies from coast to coast. The Marketing Director plays a key role on the Management Committee. He/she is responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. He/she directs all consumers and brand marketing activities in the areas of natural remedies, food products, health and beauty, as well as in the various distribution channels (independent health food stores, grocery stores, pharmacies and online). He/she also effectively manages, coaches and coordinates the marketing team of product managers and digital marketing manager ensuring optimum performance. Skills and qualifications : Qualified candidates are those who believe in a healthy lifestyle and have knowledge of health and natural health products. Other requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related degree. Minimum 5 years experience in consumer product/brand management. Experience in sales is an asset. Knowledge of the retail and online environment. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation and creative skills.
