Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:* Preparing financial statements and financial reports* Managing financial transactions and analyzing financial data* Leading the budgeting and forecasting process* Leading a small Finance Team and providing mentorship/coaching* Working on a new ERP system implementation project* Evaluating and managing risks as well as monitoring internal controls* Streamlining accounting functions and business processes* Coordinating the annual audit processJob Requirements:To be considered for this contract engagement, you are a designated accountant (CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and manufacturing experience.You also have the following skills and experience as follows:* Financial statement preparation and financial reporting experience under ASPE reporting standards* Budgeting & forecasting experience along with strong financial modeling skills* Internal controls & risk analysis experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Good listener and mentor for Finance Team* Strong leadership and people management skills* Exceptional problem-solving skills* Understands issues before passing judgment* Advanced Excel skillsIf you are a qualified and experienced accounting and financial professional, please submit your resume to Robert Half Management Resources today.
