We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Machine Learning Engineer to be a key player in our cutting-edge projects, driving innovation and solving complex problems with advanced techniques.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex challenges using machine learning.Design, develop, and deploy ML models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.Implement scalable solutions to seamlessly integrate ML models into production systems.Optimize and fine-tune ML algorithms to improve performance and accuracy.Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure robustness.Stay updated on the latest ML advancements and share promising research directions with the team.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Qualifications & Skills:Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of experience with ML methods, including reinforcement learning, computer vision, or NLP.4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on production-grade applications.Practical experience with ROS2 and parallel computing technologies (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP).Proficiency in Python or C++, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.Strong understanding of robotics principles and technologies is highly desirable.Publications in leading AI, ML, or robotics conferences are a plus.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excited to make a mark in the world of robotics and machine learning?
