This is how we redefine our practice together - for the good of our profession and of future generations What YOU Will Do - Be a source at heart and passionate about talent acquisition; - Act as a talent scout using the various platforms designed for this purpose; - Be a recognized influencer to guide and accompany managers in the hiring process; - Conduct candidate interviews, select finalists and coordinate meetings with managers;  - Promote Pomerleau's employer brand and act as an ambassador at recruitment-related events. - Develop a network of contacts with potential candidates and market references; - Participate in the development, execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies according to established objectives; - Establish desired profiles and develop job descriptions; - Establish personalized follow-up with candidates, offering them the best Pomerleau experience; - Make recommendations on working conditions and participate in the drafting of offers;  - Conduct information sessions with new employees and ensure their full integration; (manual, tools, office operations, etc.); - Participate in various operational group meetings to implement initiatives to solve problems and adapt to changing business needs; What YOU Will Bring - Degree in human resources or industrial relations, or in a field related to human resources management; - Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition.  - You love to hunt for talent via different platforms, and are adaptable in the evolution of the tools you work with  - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written; - You have impeccable command of the French and English languages; - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; - You stand out for your rigor, innovation and perseverance.
