Associate, Client Operations, Fund of Fund Custody

Job DescriptionPrepare and execute underlying fund administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.Preparing the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.Timely responses to email queries to third parties and internal groups, as the case maybe.Ensuring that all custody trades are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.Prepare and execute wires for settlement of custody trades.Ensure all trades are confirmed and accepted by the underlying fund/administratorIndependently able to resolve all queries and issues from third parties related to the executed tradesQualificationsUniversity degree in an accounting field.1-2 years of experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations teamProficiency with using Adobe PDF.Understanding of the Fund of fund business will be an added advantage.Investigative and problem-solving skills.Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.Good communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment.Additional InformationAt MUFG Investor Services, we are exceptionally proud of our approach to Hybrid Working.
