As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and help drive our expansion by securing new clients.Position Overview:As an Account Executive at Hatch, you will play a critical role in our growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including lending, leasing, and other financial services. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to present Hatch’s value proposition, demonstrating how our platform can solve the unique challenges faced by potential clients.Key Responsibilities:• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the lending, leasing, and financial services sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new business.• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business owners, and other decision-makers.• Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the benefits of Hatch’s platform, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address specific client needs.• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better position Hatch’s offerings.• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure client satisfaction.• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.Qualifications:• Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a related industry. Experience with B2B sales in the lending, leasing, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.• Skills: Strong understanding of data collection, verification processes, and automation technologies.
