In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Design, train, and deploy NLP models for telecommunications applications such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and chatbot development. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data analysts to translate business needs into NLP solutions. Explore and implement Generative AI techniques for innovative telecommunications services. Monitor and evaluate NLP model performance, identifying improvement areas. Engage in research initiatives to stay updated with NLP and GenAI advancements. Document work clearly and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in designing, training, and deploying NLP models using TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms for NLP tasks. Experience with NLP libraries like transformers, NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim. Proficient in Python and data manipulation libraries like SQL. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for innovation and pushing NLP boundaries with GenAI. You would benefit from having: Experience in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure. Familiarity with GenAI techniques like text generation, summarization, or machine translation.
