Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, coordinate events, and contribute to the development of creative content. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a drive to contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for company events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Content Development:
- Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., social media management tools, analytics tools).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
