POSITION SUMMARY 
Perform duties of an on-site Mobile Technician with primary duties to Troubleshoot and Repair equipment, complete Retrofits and Campaigns and keep up with all required computer reports and logistics of the job. Ultimate goal is customer satisfaction while maintaining a mutually beneficial company objective.  Position requires travel to various locations to perform work.  Position will work under the guidance the Technical Solutions Managers within assigned territory.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • On-Site Technical and Mechanic support at any location for Customer and MCI support.
  • Assemble, organize, and maintain all company reports as required
  • Communicate openly and professionally with internal, external customers, management and co- workers.
  • Investigate, identify, and report product issues, including with supplier components.
  • Recommend course of action to solve problems with respective departments.
  • Assists with controlled testing of components and installations as asked by Management, TSS or Engineering groups
  • Stay up to date with training on pertinent systems in our vehicle to perform top level OEM support of any coach or vendor components
  • Identify and provide suggestions on how to improve the information in technical bulletins, Maintenance and any other Tech publications
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints effectively and in a timely manner for mutual customer and our company’s benefit.
  • Work special assignments as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Mechanic or Technical Trade School
  • High Problem Solving skills, proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Highly Technical, Familiar with Equipment Diagnostics, (Cummins Insite, DDDL, Allison DOC, Wabco Toolbox, Bendix ACOM) Electric Vehicle Diagnostics highly desired)
  • Customer Service Background
  • High organizational skills
  • Motivating
  • Self-starter
  • Computer, CAN data logger
  • High Problem Solving skills 
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS), Highly Technical, Customer Service Background, high organizational skills, motivating, self-starter
