What you will be doing:
In support of this Project, the Consultant is responsible for the following activities:

  • Business Process Hierarchy (BPH) maintenance in Solution Manager and Azure Dev/Ops Alignment

  • Process Model revisions; and or creation of new S/4 HANA Process Models.

  • Participate in functional area scrum meetings.

  • Maintains business process expertise for their functional area(s) processes.

  • Identify and prioritize changes required for BPH.

  • Adherence to S/4 HANA Process Modeling Standards

  • Assist on Open Text, GRC, SAC process model creation and maintenance, when applicable

  • Helps to identify functional interdependencies, when applicable.

  • Supports the GNS Business Leads and Specialists for respective process areas.

  • Analyzes as-is processes (if required) and interfaces to discover process gaps, identify functional interdependencies, derive improvement potentials, and frame any problems. 

  • Keeps abreast of SAP trends and innovations for their respective process areas or functional areas that might impact deployment.

What you must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP project delivery and/or a minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP business analyst.

  • Experience working in an agile IT project environment.

  • Knowledge of integration points in the SAP ecosystem

  • Good knowledge of the difference between ECC to S/4 HANA system process modelling, and Business Process Modelling Notation and standards.

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Nice to have:

  • S/4HANA certifications in one or more Functional Areas and/or technologies

  • SAP Architectural experience

  • Knowledge of 3 or more SAP modules (Finance, Funds Management, Procurement/Ariba, Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset management, GRC.)

  • Knowledge of process management in Solution Manager

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the following methodologies: project management, scrum, lean six sigma, change management (PROSCI).
