Your day-to-day rôle :
- Attract and develop new business in commercial insurance, agriculture, and commercial vehicles.
- Solicit potential clients in these lines of business.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Create a trusted environment that fosters sales and customer retention.
- Analyze client’s current and future needs to offer coverage tailored to their commercial and agricultural insurance needs.
- Represent various associations.
- Travel to customers from time to time
The characteristics of your position:
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

You will work as a broker at one of our two locations, either in Caraquet and/or Bathurst, for Assurance Chaleur Ltd.
We want to meet you if you have this profile:
- High school and/or post-secondary education.
- Insurance agent level 2 issued by FCNB.
- Bilingualism required (French & English)
- Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the agricultural environment an asset.
- Sales experience and customer service required.
And these qualities:
- Ability to communicate.
- Passion for customer service.
- Comfortable with business relationship.
