You’ll be encouraged, empowered, and challenged to be your best self through ongoing professional development in an inclusive environment.ABOUT THE ROLEBoiler room maintenance and shift coverage as needed with the use of Automated Controls and PLC equipment and computer assisted equipment.Ensure compliance with established standards and legislation.The ability to work or fill-in for continuous shift operations without lateness or absenteeism is important.Design and make changes to existing Plant Systems as required.Troubleshoot and perform repairs to auxiliary equipment.HVAC experience would be considered an asset.Ozone Depleting Substances permit would be considered an asset.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:3rd Class Stationary Engineering License Required.Team player with strong technical, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.Must be willing to work overtime as requested.Experience as the primary Shift Operator.Knowledge of and experience with Automated Controls and PLC equipment and computer assisted equipment.Intermediate knowledge of mechanical and electrical trades.Ability to work independently.Must maintain open communications and teamwork within the plant team while achieving critical maintenance objectives.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Must be willing to be on-call – Ability to perform unscheduled and emergency repairs as required.Accustomed to performing all aspects of maintenance in a power house setting.In connection with our values and commitment to people first, at Clover Leaf Seafood Company, we believe in a diverse and inclusive culture where self-expression is not only welcome, but fundamental to doing good in the world.
