To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsLenovo is looking for a Field Warranty Service Consultant to join its Solutions and Services Group (SSG).The Warranty Service Consultant is responsible for driving service performance, warranty costs, and customer satisfaction for new/existing partners along with customers enrolled in the warranty programs in your territory within North America. This individual will manage all aspects of the service relationship with partners and customers. They will monitor and work with multiple locations to ensure service performance goals are met or exceeded. This individual will work to resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesEngagement with all service delivery teams to resolve any kind of issue the partners or customer may encounter.Achieve the required field service targets which include first-time fix, parts per machine, claims volume, and revenue.Promote the parts sales and services offerings through your territory’s partner network.Develop and align the partner’s network within your territory according to the current Lenovo service model strategy.Travel requirement: 20 to 25% of the timeBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in similar roles with knowledge of various vendor’s warranty programs.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of field service metrics, technical support, warranty costs, and service offerings.Strong relationship skills necessary to drive performance results.Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.The base salary range budgeted for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
