Overview The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and content evolutions of Flyover’s digital platforms and omni-channel marketing programs to create a positive guest experience at every digital touchpoint, while optimizing direct consumer revenue booking opportunities. This includes overseeing website development and maintenance to drive measurable results in visitation, engagement and conversion. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director for Flyover, in this role you will work closely with other revenue team members, media agencies, IT professionals and external vendors to ensure that Flyover’s digital platforms and programs are supporting our strategic objectives and revenue targets. What is the compensation for this role? The wage for this role is 80K-90K yearly, and a full breakdown of benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process. What will you do in this job? Collaborate with external agencies and internal cross-functional and geography teams to develop digital marketing plans that leverage paid and owned channel tactics. Oversee agency relationships that support our growth, ensuring accountability to results and bringing their expertise and scale to drive performance. Collaborate with geography marketing teams (in concert with agency) to establish seasonal ad briefs, including identification of primary audience(s), sales targets, budget and run dates. Manage day-to-day interactions with external agencies and partners, including delivery and management of performance media campaigns and content calendar, collaborating with internal cross-functional partners. Lead the continuous and strategic development of our digital platforms to offer the best guest experience and maximize direct consumer revenue. Collaborate with FOA IT Manager to ensure alignment with objectives and data policies, continued health and security of online platforms and strategic planning for future developments. As well as integration of ticketing and reservation systems into web platforms and guest data capture. Maintain web analytics and performance reporting systems and dashboards to provide insights into guest data and booking trends for revenue reporting and strategic planning. Manage email and SMS marketing tools and advise on best practices to ensure aligned outbound broadcast communications and owned nurture sequences with digital customer journey frameworks.  Stay up-to-date and report on new digital technologies and best practices to stay current with digital marketing trends and requirements. Support the Marketing Operations Director and the larger Flyover revenue team with strategic planning all other tasks as directed. What skills and experience do you need for this job? Ideal Experience A minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing role, including strong knowledge of digital marketing principles. Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other SEO and user-experience reporting Experience working with media planning agencies would be considered an asset. Knowledge of current, best digital marketing practices and emerging digital technologies and trends. Knowledge and experience of web development principles, UX strategies and web infrastructure. Proficiency in computer skills required, including MS Office, Adobe CS suite, Content Management Systems (CMS). Excellent hospitality mindset and guest service skills, including dedicated service to “internal customers.” Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute work details on time and on budget Ideal Behaviors and Traits Solid written and verbal communication skills.
