Main responsibilities: Supervise a work team of 4 to 5 people (technicians, draftsman, designer) Work directly with production, supervising the design and production of products and establishing a vision for improvements. Provide mass custom production support. Ability to manage several projects at the same time Planning, risk management, getting back to production Review and approve drawings produced by draftsmen/designers Actively contribute to producing optimization Budget, review various tenders to ensure compliance Skills and qualifications : Must be a member of the OIQ Over 5 years' experience in project management and product development Passionate about multidisciplinary work Knowledge and interest in automotive mechanics an asset
