Industrial Sales Representative
The SSI SCHAEFER Group is a leading global solution provider for all areas of intralogistics, manufacturer of manual, semi, and fully automated storage solutions. SSI Schaefer provides wide range of equipment from shelving, racking to VLM’s, Mobile pallet racking to ASRS, and is looking for a Sales Representative for the Quebec Territory, based out of Montreal.

Job Description
Develop and maintain accounts in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly & yearly sales quotas in multiple products and services
Create an action plan of how to accomplish sales quotas in assigned sales region
Educate prospects and customers on the benefits of SSI’s Products and Services
Document customer information, quotes and prospect details in SAP database
Develop reports, proposals, and deliver sales presentations
Assist in project management and help to resolve service related problems
Professional, dependable, accountable, diligent and punctual
Assess client's needs and recommend the appropriate goods or services
Fulfill assigned tasks & complete projects as directed by Sales Manager
Required Skills & Experience
Must have strong communication skills in both, French & English
Minimum of five years of sales experience in industrial or technical environment
Proven track record in developing and increasing sales within a territory
Results oriented and highly motivated with a positive attitude
Able to work in the assigned territory with a minimum supervision
Superb organization, time management & record keeping skills
Curiosity, ability to learn quickly and understand new products, technologies
Understanding of project management processes and follow up skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Analytical, critical thinking, listening and problem solving skills
Able to clearly communicate technical information to a non technical audience
Ability to position our products in identifying the unique selling points
Ability to provide superior customer service on each and every transaction
Competent user of computer applications, including MS Office and SAP
Excellent written and verbal skills
Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Logistics is an asset
Knowledge of online marketing including search engine optimization is an asset
Enthusiastic and team oriented individual with a good interpersonal skills
Education & Qualification:
College or University Education in a Technical Field
Minimum of five years in a technical field sales experience
Proven new business development results in a similar roles
Solid leadership and communication skills
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
