Human Resources Generalist

Infotek Consulting is searching for an HR Generalist with a passion for employee wellness and mental health program development. This is a hybrid contract assignment based in Montreal - Must be bilingual French/EnglishMTL campus is preferred/ Bilingual is required Hybrid model, 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and 2 days from homeDay to day - Our team is developing training programs and support material to educate leaders and team members in addressing mental health in the workplace. We leverage key internal metrics to determine what types of program/resource is needed and we work as a team to build those. We do a lot of training/reading as well to stay educated and aware of what is being done externally, making sure we are offering the most complete/updated program to our employees. Top skills - knowledge/education in psychology (or equivalent)- Strong communication - project management skillsInterview process - A video interview first and for top 2-3 final candidates, in-person panel interviewProjects - Develop content for Mental Health training and Build a workload management guide for our employees and leaders
