We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our partners in nationwide and global efforts. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing multiple brand customer relationships at the corporate management level. You will position TD SYNNEX’s overall value and provide strategic direction to local management to drive maximum market share.

What You'll Do:

Proactively communicate with customers to identify satisfaction issues and root causes of any perceived problems.

Design and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and improve customer relations.

Coordinate action plan requirements with appropriate support groups (e.g., TD SYNNEX Services).

Own and manage the strategy for the customer, ensuring it aligns with their business vision.

Ensure cross-divisional teamwork to leverage TD SYNNEX’s value in achieving the customer's business goals.

This position requires up to 25% travel to meet clients and vendors. Additionally, if you are located near our office, you will need to adhere to a hybrid work model, working on-site two days per week.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of sales experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Expert knowledge of assigned product/service lines and how they integrate with the organization's overall offerings.

Experience managing a cross-section of large and complex accounts.

Ability to work under very limited direction with considerable latitude in determining the best approach to sales and service tasks.

Strong rapport with existing clients and the ability to interact directly with new prospects to build the customer base and increase sales.

Ability to provide valuable input to sales management.
