Are you looking for a hybrid position near LaSalle (4 days in the office and one day remote)?Our client, a company specialized in complex lighting installations and solutions, is looking for an HR Manager to join their dynamic team!What they offer:Salary up to $125K3 weeks of vacationFull range of benefitsYour profile:Fluently bilingual to communicate with employees in other Canadian provinces5+ years of experience in HR (not including talent acquisition roles)2+ years of experience in a managerial position (HRBP with direct reports, HR Supervisor or HR Manager)Ideally from Manufacturing/Retail industryProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry, including knowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company’s goals and objectivesProficiency in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building positive relationships with employees and other stakeholdersAbility to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times in addition to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documentsProven leadership and management skills fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentYour role:Promote the organization's vision, mission, and values, aligning HR functions with company objectivesProvide leadership, coaching, and training to the HR team for achieving operational and financial goalsParticipate in budgeting for resources, training, recruitment, and compensation adjustmentsPlan and administer recruitment, training, career development, benefit programs, performance evaluations, succession planning, and employment equity initiativesDevelop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures, responsible for employee communicationsOffer operational support to management and employees, covering HR policies, personnel movement, skill development, and moreLead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team focused on continuous improvement and cost reductionManage workforce planning, recruitment, and job analysis to meet staffing needsHandle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and foster a positive work environmentIdentify training needs, design programs, and ensure compliance with safety regulationsImplement performance management systems, conduct evaluations, and facilitate improvement plansEnsure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policiesAdminister compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standardsIdentify high-potential employees, develop career plans, and support succession planningManage employee data, payroll, attendance, and HR information systemsPlease send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at(contact email) .REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
