This role will report into the HR Manager. This role is perfect for a true Generalist who is ready to touch on all aspects of HR and is eager to grow into a managerial position within the next 2 to 3 years. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to take on both exciting challenges and routine tasks, we want to hear from you!Job Duties:Handle all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.Scan, organize, and maintain employee records and HR documents.Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and provide support to staff.Perform routine tasks such as data entry, filing, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Ensure all company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.Support HR Manager on various projects and initiatives within the organization.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.Excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable performing routine and administrative tasks.Must have a reliable car, as there is no transit available to the location.100% on-site role, requiring full-time presence at the North Vancouver office.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary: 50K - 65KAt Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
