- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients
- Handle renewals efficiently, securing favourable terms
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on their insurance needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and regulations
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account handling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at negotiating and influencing to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail
- ACII qualification or working towards it is highly regarded, though not essential
