Merchandising Role with high growth Start-up

Sesh+ was founded with the sole aspiration of finding solutions for nicotine cravings and building towards a future without cigarettes or vapes. We are confident that tobacco and vape-free alternatives will become a key focus worldwide and Sesh is committed to guiding the industry forward. The position: We are looking for someone to fill a merchandising position in GTA. Sesh+ is listed in a large number of retail chains across the Lower Mainland and we are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to join the Sesh+ team and do the following: Role:?     Visiting 12 to 15 retail locations, 5 days per week, within territory. (Can Vary)?     Supporting execution of account promotions by ensuring products are readily available and promotional materials are maximized.?     Direct communication with our retail partners (store managers/staff members) and building/developing strong relationships.?     Ensure displays are set up and located in accurate positions?     Take pictures of Sesh+ product set up?     Talk to store staff members and provide additional information about Sesh+ Products. .?     Develops strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.Requirements/Skills:?     Based in the Greater Vancouver Area?     Provide your own car?     Valid Driver's License?     In store influence, sales, negotiation, and marketing skills?     Overnight travel may be required.?     Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyCompensation:?     Annual Salary: $50,000 to $60,000k + Bonus?     Participate in Employee Stock Option Plan?     Comprehensive Benefits (Including, Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drugs)?     Monthly Vehicle Allowance?     Ability to learn and grow within a high-growth startup environment
